With shining eyes and full of joy, the children carried their beautifully designed school cones into the colorfully decorated schoolyard, where they were warmly welcomed.
Children from Year 2 had practiced diligently and welcomed the new pupils and their families in various languages and with a fond wish for the future.
The pupils from classes 3a and 3b sang a beautiful song about tolerance and cohesion and everyone present was invited to sing along. With the message "Everything is easier when we help each other and make school a beautiful place together" the new first-graders moved into their classrooms and experienced their first real lesson as schoolchildren. Meanwhile, the parents enjoyed the parents' café organized by the Linden School's support association.
We would like to thank all the helpers who contributed to the success of the school enrolment ceremony.
