Excursion

Nature experiences in the Zwillbrocker Venn for year 4

Once they arrived at the biological station, the pupils were met by the staff of the biological station and divided into two groups.

One group was able to explore the exhibition there independently. The children were particularly enthusiastic about the animals that could be discovered in all the habitats. Meanwhile, the other group was able to hike through the fens with an employee of the biological station and experience various animal species in the wild. The local flamingos and black-headed gulls were particularly exciting for the children to observe.

Despite the rainy weather, everyone had great fun and learned lots of new things.
