Everyone involved was delighted with the rich and colorful buffet in the classes.
At 11:11 a.m., the cheerful crowd then set off on a long polonaise through the entire school building, accompanied by music. In keeping with tradition, everyone finally met in the schoolyard, where Mr. Koch once again set the tone as DJ.
The merry company had formed a large line in the schoolyard and greeted the school's own carnival parade with great applause, admiring "Ahs" and "Ohs" and many "Lindenschule-Helau". Over the past few weeks, the children from the various GTG groups, together with the teaching staff, had once again put a great deal of dedication, effort and love into making themed carnival floats. They proudly presented them to their classmates and all the adults. It was fantastic what the children created together with the educational staff! We are thrilled and are already looking forward to next year and the creativity of the GTG groups.
There was a lot of dancing and singing in the beautiful sunshine and everyone enjoyed the happy celebration together.
At the GTG, things continued to be colorful after school. The GTG staff had organized a wonderful carnival day with great commitment. There were many different activities for the children to choose from, such as face painting, mask making, disco and much more.
Many thanks to everyone who helped to make this day a very special experience for the children of the Lindenschule!
